Terms and Conditions
Sellner Staging accepts credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover,) money orders, or pre-payment by business or personal check. For Government or public agencies, we will accept an officially signed purchase order and extend credit terms to qualified agencies upon approval from Sellner Staging.
If payment is made by business or personal check, Sellner Staging reserves the right to hold product shipment until the check has cleared. There is a $35.00 returned check charge for any check returned for insufficient funds.
Shipping Discrepancies
Damaged or missing parts occurring during shipping of buyers order must be brought to the attention of Sellner Staging within 1 business day after the receipt of the shipment. Do not sign for or accept any damaged products without documenting the damage on the shipping receipt or bill of lading. It is the buyers responsibility to check the shipment while the delivery driver is still at your location for damages or shortages. Sellner Staging is not responsible for damaged or missing product if they are not signed for as damaged or missing. Document the damage or missing product on the bill of lading or shipping receipt and contact Sellner Staging immediately for assistance. Sellner Staging will make every effort to resolve your issues quickly.
Return Policy
Pre-written authorization is required for all returned goods. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from shipment date. Special or custom orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-cancelable once production has started.
Warranty
The Seller warrants said equipment for one (1) year from the date of delivery against defects in workmanship and materials, provided said equipment has been properly maintained and operated by the Buyer. Buyer shall give immediate written notice, by certified mail of any such defects. The Seller shall then inspect the equipment within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of said notice to determine if the Seller’s workmanship or materials caused the defect. The Seller shall provide the Buyer with a written determination within fifteen (15) days of the date of inspection by the Seller. If the Seller determines the Seller is responsible for the defect, the Seller shall have the right to correct the same, at its option, by either repairing or replacing the defective parts F.O.B. its own works. The correction of such defects by the Seller shall fulfill all obligations, guarantees and warranties of the Seller. The Seller shall not be liable for any installation, transportation or other charges or expenses of such repair or replacement. The Seller shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the delay or loss of use of the equipment or for any indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
The foregoing guarantees and remedies are exclusive, and there are no guarantees or warranties either expressed or implied.
